W.P.(C) 1153/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present petition to assail the order dated 18.01.2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, (the Tribunal) in C.P. No. 219/2018, passed in O.A. No. 2765/2014.

The grievance of the petitioner is that his contempt petition has been adjourned and the respondent is not complying with the order dated

04.09.2017 passed in O.A. No. 2765/2014 in his favour. We have dealt with W.P. (C) No. 10799/2018, Rajesh Kumar and Anr. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors. on 04.02.2019 and directed the respondent authorities to comply with the order without any delay, passed by the Tribunal in the aforesaid Original Application, in case the petitioner is senior to the private respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
