Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's grievance pertains to the request for grant of special casual leave, which is presently pending consideration with the Respondent. In this regard, the Petitioner has submitted several representations, the latest being dated 20th February, 2026. 2.
In view of the fact that the said representation is pending consideration, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to pursue the grievance through appropriate administrative action before the Respondent. Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted.
