% 05.12.2024 I.A. 47238/2024 (under Order XXIII Rule 3, CPC) 1.

This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') for recording the terms of the settlement. 2.

The application is duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and defendant as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendant.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the suit is liable to be decreed in terms of the aforesaid settlement.

In view of the order passed above, the present suit is decreed against the defendant in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. I.A. 47238/2024 shall form part of the decree.

Decree sheet be drawn up in the above terms.

10.

All pending applications shall stand closed.
