This petition has been filed challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 2nd/4th January, 2020 issued by the respondent no.1 calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why it may not be black-listed. 2.
One of the grievances of the petitioner is that the documents sought by the petitioner vide its letter dated 11.01.2020 were not supplied by the respondent no.1.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 who appears on advance notice, submits that all the documents as required by the petitioner in the letter dated 11th January, 2020, shall be duly supplied. He further submits that on supply of such documents, the petitioner shall be granted two weeks‟ time to file a formal reply to the Show Cause Notice and thereafter, would be granted a personal hearing before taking a decision.

In view of the above statement of the counsel for the respondent no.1, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all submissions before the respondent no.1.

The petition and the pending applications are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
