The present petition filed by the petitioners seeking a direction that the respondent/MCD be directed to conduct a survey and inspection of the parking complex at DDA Janta Flats, Sector16-B, Dwarka, New Delhi to identify instances of unauthorized construction and violation of building byelaws and regulations. No specific instance of any unauthorized construction has been pleaded in the writ petition; the petition generally alleges subsistence of illegal and unauthorised construction in the said area. 2.

Be that as it may, after some hearing, with the consent of the parties, it is directed that the present petition shall be treated as a representation by the MCD which shall take a suitable decision thereon within a period of six weeks from today.
