After hearing arguments for some time, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the present writ petition. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that liberty be also granted to her to approach appropriate forum for seeking necessary relief. 2.

He, however, submits that certain personal belonging of the petitioner are still lying in the property in question, of which the possession has already been taken over by Punjab National Bank.

Mr. Mathur, learned Senior Counsel, merely, requests that a time-window may be given to the petitioner to, at least, remove all such personal belongings from the above property. He submits that the above said exercise can be done between 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M on 01.03.2025, if W.P.(C) 2437/2025 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. agreeable to opposite side.

Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel for respondent/PNB submits, on instructions, that PNB has no objection in this regard. 5.

Let it be done on the abovesaid date and time in the presence of the petitioner/representative of the petitioner and in the presence of responsible officer of PNB. The Bank shall also request the concerned receiver i.e. Mr. Anil Kumar, Advocate (Enrollment No. D/4453/2020) to be present there during the abovesaid duration.

Since the possession is already with the respondent/bank, we make it clear that the petitioner would not be permitted to take any undue advantage of the order being passed today and she would strictly adhere to the abovesaid time duration which has been fixed after ascertaining the convenience of the both sides.

The concerned SHO shall also depute a senior officer along with a lady officer at the relevant time i.e. from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M on 01.03.2025 so that abovesaid exercise is completed without any issue. 8.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

All rights and contentions of parties are reserved. 11.

A copy of this order be given dasti to both the sides under the signatures of Court Master.
