The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for reneging on the undertaking given by him, as recorded in the order dated 16.08.2024, in Civil Suit No. CS DJ ADJ 545/24 before the learned District Judge, South-West, Dwarka. 4.
No one is present for the respondent despite sending advance notice.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy for executing the aforesaid partial decree in his favour in accordance with law.
