Petitioners seek restoration of petition dismissed in default. The default in appearance dated 29.01.2025 is explained on behalf of petitioners on the ground that due to loss of connectivity in his office, he could not join through videoconferencing. As regards the earlier defaults, learned counsel for petitioners explains that the same were inadvertent. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 appearing on advance intimation accepts notice and submits that she has no objection to this application. 3.

Subject to petitioners taking steps within one week, notice through all modes be issued to the respondents no. 2-5 through counsel returnable on 04.07.2025.
