The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i. Direct the Respondents to comply with the Interim Order dated 23.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 9234 of 2024 titled Bhupender Singh Vs Union of India & Ors.

ii. Punish the Respondents for committing contempt in terms of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

iii. Pass any such orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
