Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the costs awarded vide Paragraph-25 of the judgment dated 13.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 13601/2021, as also the interest on pension due to the petitioner no.1, has been duly paid. Let a compliance affidavit to this effect be filed within a period of four weeks from today. 2.

After some hearing, it is further agreed that, with regard to the representations made by 64 workers (as referred in Paragraphs 8 and 9 of the order dated 17.04.2025 passed in these proceedings) the respondent no.1 shall act in consonance with the judgment dated 01.05.2024 passed by this Court, titled Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board v. Dulari Devi & Anr. in L.P.A. 372/2023, and work out the pension entitlement of the said workers accordingly. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 further submits that, for this purpose, verification exercise is underway and that the pensionary benefit along with the applicable interest shall be released within a period of four weeks from today. Let a compliance affidavit in this regard be filed within a period of six weeks from today. The respondents are directed to adhere to the statement/ undertaking given hereinabove and ensure that requisite pensionary benefits are released within the aforesaid time period, failing which it shall be construed that the respondents have acted in wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court entailing severe action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present proceedings in case the aforesaid statement/ undertaking is not adhered to.
