Pursuant to previous order, compliance affidavit by respondent has been handed up in the Court today; same be placed on record of this Court. 2.

As per the affidavit, a Letter of Appointment has been issued to petitioner, appointing him to the post of "Khalasi / Mechanical" in the Mechanical Department on 20th August 2024; copy of the same has been annexed with the compliance affidavit. Thereafter a letter dated 17th March 2025 has been sent to Jagadhari Workshop informing them about the same. 3.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of. 4.

In the event petitioner has any residual grievance, they are always at liberty to approach the Court.

Pending application stands disposed of as infructuous. 7.
