W.P.(C) 831/2020 & CM No.2591/2020 This petition has been filed challenging the notice of personal hearing dated 08.01.2020 issued by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1, who appears on advance

notice, on instruction from Mr.Manoj Kr. Garg, Dy. Director, DGCA, submits that in view of the order dated 13.09.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) 9912/2019, titled M/s KGA Investments v. Union of India and Anr., the respondent no.1 shall keep the Impugned Notice in abeyance till the final decision of the said petition. She submits that in fact, the Impugned Notice was issued as the respondent no.1 was not aware of the pendency of the abovementioned petition before this Court.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.
