W.P.(C) 825/2020 This petition has been filed inter-alia praying for a direction to the respondent to forthwith allow provisional release of the consignment covered under B/E No. 6441578 dated 13.01.2020. Looking into the nature of the relief prayed for, the respondent is directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation to the respondent and decide the same within a period of four days. Needless to state, in case the petitioner is aggrieved of the decision so taken, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with the law. It is further clarified that this Court has not expressed any

opinion on the merits of the contention made by the petitioner in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
