The present application under Section 151 of the CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner-applicant seeks the following prayers: "A. Take on record the Affidavit-cum-Undertaking filed by the petitioners pursuant to order dated 17.12.2025: passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) Nos. 36177-36180 of 2025;
B. Pass any other or further, order(s) as; this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.;" 3.
Vide order dated 17.12.2025, Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) 36177-36180/2025 had passed the following order:- "1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we see no reason and ground to entertain these special leave Petitions.
2. At this stage. learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to vacate the suit premises. In the facts and circumstances, we grant time to vacate the suit property up to 31.07.2026. subject to payment of arrears of rent within one month and regular rent on month to month basis. It is directed that the petitioner shall hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises to the respondent on or before 31.07.2026 and shall not part with or create third party right therein. A usual undertaking shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today before the Registrar, High Court of Delhi. Non-filing of the undertaking shall give a cause to the landlord to execute the decree and the time for vacation as specified above shall not have any bearing to the execution proceedings. Defiance of the above terms, if any, may be treated as noncompliance of the order of this court. 3.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed with above terms. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of." 4.
In pursuance thereof, the affidavit of undertaking dated 06.01.2026 on behalf of the petitioner-Surinder Dhamija has been filed in view of the aforesaid terms.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. The aforesaid affidavit of undertaking is taken on record. 6.
No further directions are called for.
