After some submissions, Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the Director General of the CISF by way of a representation. Suffice to state any decision of the Director General shall not be amenable to any challenge.

It is made clear that the Director General shall consider the representation to be made by the petitioner without being influenced by the observation made by us in this petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
