% 22.01.2020 CM APPL.2439/2020 (exemption) Exemption is allowed subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 796/2020 1.

Petitioner, by the present petition, seeks termination of the Election Tribunal of the Delhi Bar Association and for appointment of new Election Tribunal consisting of new members. 2.

It is contended that there were certain allegations against two of the members of the Election Tribunal that they were canvassing for some candidates in the election.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the Delhi Bar Association W.P.(C) 796/2020

submits that the Bar Association had taken cognizance of the complaints and has reconstituted the Tribunal without including the two members and the Election Tribunal now constituted comprises of

(1) Sh. Bhagirath Verma, Advocate as the Chairman; (2) Sh. Subhash Tagra, Advocate and (3) Sh. Ravinder Chadhha, Advocate. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the members of the said Tribunal and accordingly, in view of the reconstitution of the Election Tribunal, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
