The petitioners vide the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), seek quashing of FIR No.71/2019 registered under Sections 448/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Kishan Garh, Delhi and all proceeding emanating therefrom in view of the Compromise Deed dated 21.01.2025 entered between the petitioners and the respondent no.2. 2.

The petition is supported by affidavits of all the petitioners and of respondent no.2 alongwith proofs of their respective I.Ds. 3.

The present petition is accompanied by the said Compromise Deed dated 21.01.2025 (Annexure-C) and is also supported by the identity cards The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the parties.

The petitioner nos.1 to 3 and respondent no.2 are present in Court and have been identified by the Investigation Officer. 5.

The credentials of the petitioner nos.1 to 3 as also the respondent no.2 have been verified by this Court.

Respondent no.2 affirms the Compromise Deed dated 21.01.2025 and affirms that he has settled all his disputes with the petitioners. He, thus confirms that all disputes inter se the parties stands amicably settled in view of Compromise Deed dated 21.01.2025.

Mr. Raghuinder Verma, learned APP for the State submits that he has no objections to the quashing of the aforesaid FIR. 8.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and following the law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab & Anr. (2012) 10 SCC 303 and Narinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Punjab & Anr. (2014) 6 SCC 466, this Court is of the opinion that continuation of the aforesaid FIR will be an exercise in futility.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and FIR No.71/2019 registered under Sections 448/ 506/ 34 IPC at P.S. Kishan Garh, Delhi, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 10.

The present petition alongwith the pending application stands disposed of.
