Briefly stated, on 20.06.2019 a quarrel and fight took place between the parties causing injuries to each other and cross-FIRs were registered. The parties have settled FIR No.72/2019 by virtue of Compromise-cumSettlement Deed, wherein it is agreed that the present FIR as well as the cross FIR No.71/2019 dated 13.03.2019 under Section 448/506/34 IPC shall be quashed.

It is submitted that both the parties have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the family and they have left with no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. The statements of the parties have already been recorded by the learned Joint Registrar. 6.
The Complainant is present in the Court through Video Conferencing and submits that the matter stands settled with all the Petitioners. It is submitted that the Settlement has arrived at between the parties without any pressure, force or coercion. The Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the Compromise Deed dated 21.01.2025 already arrived at between the parties. 7.
The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 8.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 72/2019 dated 13.03.2019 registered at Police Station Kishan Garh, South West District, New Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the Chargesheet stands quashed qua all the Petitioners.
