% 22.01.2020 Present writ of habeas Corpus has been filed by the petitioner seeking production of his father Sh. Ved Prakash Kampani aged 91 years. In response to a pointed query by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not aware whether Sh. Ved Prakash Kampani is residing in Delhi or at Agra with respondent Nos. 6 and 7. Inspector Anand Yadav who is personally present, on an advance notice, states that he had visited C-8/8607, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and that Sh. Ved Prakash Kampani is not staying there. At that stage, the Court had suggested the police officer to speak to respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and find out if Mr.Ved Prakash Kampani is staying with them.

At the pass-over stage, Mr.Anand Yadav states that Mr. Ved Prakash Kampani is staying with respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in Agra, U.P. He further states that respondent No. 6 had forwarded the latest video and a photograph of Sh.Ved Prakash Kampani.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding in a Court having jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
