Mr. Nilesh Mudgil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instruction received from the petitioner, the petitioner is no longer interested in seeking refund as prayed in present writ petition. 2.
It is submitted that there is already a sale-certificate in his favour and he would act accordingly, in terms of the above said sale-certificate. 3.
In view of the above said statement, the present petition is, hereby, disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
