Ld. Counsel for the Appellant, on instructions from the Appellant, submits that the Appellant does not wish to continue with the present appeal and wishes to withdraw the same. He further submitted that the Appellant would comply with the impugned order on sentence dated 2nd April, 2004 and will deposit the balance amount of Rs. 20,000/- (remaining compensation) as well as Rs. 10,000/- (litigation charges).

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant further submitted that the Appellant be given some time to deposit the same with the trial Court. 4.

Let the aforesaid amount be deposited with the concerned trial Court within a period of 15 days.
