We have heard the respective counsels.

Status Report placed on record by Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD'), states about the return of the articles which were seized.

As regards the prayer for vending is concerned, those petitioners who are holding a vending certificate can be permitted to vend in accordance with the conditions therein. This statement is coming from Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, counsel appearing for respondent authority. 4.
We accept the said statement on record.

In terms thereof, we dispose of the present petition. 6.

respondent authority/MCD shall look into the same expeditiously. 7.
As regards the rest of the petitioners are concerned, who do not have vending licenses, it will be open for petitioners to make an appropriate request to that effect to the respondent authority/MCD, which shall be considered in accordance with 2019 scheme, which is being implemented by respondent authority/MCD.
