The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondent for deciding the application made by the Petitioner on 04.10.2023 for a grant-in-aid under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojaja (PMKSY).

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had filed the application on 04.10.2023. He states that five months have passed and the application of the Petitioner has not been decided till date. 3.
