% 19.02.2020 The present petition is filed by petitioner for grant of bail in FIR No.290/2019 for offences punishable under Sections 326 IPC & 27/54/59 Arms Act registered at Police Station Sonia Vihar, Delhi. Keeping in view serious allegations against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.

Accordingly, present petition is dismissed.
