% 26.02.2020 Petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 94/2019, under Sections 420/466/468/471/34 IPC, registered at police station Alipur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage, while seeking liberty to file a fresh one in case any fresh cause of action arises.

This petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
