Learned APP for the State accepts notice on behalf of the State. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 appear in person and accept notice.

This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.679/2015, under Sections 323/341/354/393/506/509/511 IPC, registered at Police Station- Mayapuri, District West, New

Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 3.

The brief facts of the case are that on the complaint of petitioner no. 1 above said FIR was registered against respondent no.2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the trial, the parties have settled the matter amicably in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 10.01.2020. Copy of the compromise deed is also placed on record.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and are identified by the IO. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitnoers have settled their disputes with the respondents. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 has no objection if the FIR in question is quashed. 6.

Learned APP for the State submits that in view of the settlement between the parties, the State has no objection if the FIR in question be quashed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners voluntarily submit that petitioners will deposit Rs.10,000/- with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority within one week from today. 8.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the case pending. It will be nothing but abuse of the process of law.

Consequentially, this petition is allowed and FIR No.679/2015, under Sections 323/341/354/393/506/509/511 IPC, registered at Police StationMayapuri, District West, New Delhi, and the proceedings emanating therefrom shall stand quashed.
