CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT

% 23.01.2020 Crl. M.A. 1480/2020 Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
Application is disposed of.
Bail Appln.180/2020 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.374/2019 dated 25.12.2019 registered at Mayur Vihar Ph-1 for the offences punishable under section 33/58 of Delhi Excise Act, 2009.
Keeping in view the serious allegations against petitioner and the fact that three cases have already been registered against petitioner and further, the prosecution has to still determine from where, petitioner is getting liquor and supplying the same to which of the suppliers, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner, at this stage, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
