The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is regarding the time that has been granted for institutions which seek to start the ITEP course, to submit the requisite documentation in order to enable them to do so.

It is contended in the writ petition that the time of one month that has been provided by the NCTE is insufficient. 3.

Mr. Balbir Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the NCTE submits that, while the argument that the time is insufficient may be open to contest, so far as the petitioner is concerned, as it is situated in the State of Haryana and there appears to be certain W.P.(C) 2987/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. genuine difficulties with respect to complying with the stipulated time limit in respect of institutions situated in the said State, if the petitioner-institution approaches the NCTE, the NCTE would be agreeable to reasonably extend the time for compliance. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the NCTE which, in accordance with the submission made by Mr. Balbir Singh, would take a reasonable view in the matter and consider the case for extension of time limit for submitting the requisite documentation to start the ITEP course. 5.

Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this writ petition by means of an appropriate application without having to file a fresh writ petition. 6.

This writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. C. HARI SHANKAR, J.
