% 17.03.2026 By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR 56/2025, dated 30.08.2025, lodged at Police Station Cyber Police Station, Dwarka, under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Nirbhay Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
