The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to set aside the order dated 09.02.2024 stated to be received by the petitioner on 12.02.2024 bearing reference no. DSIIDC/IEM/FIEPPG/133/2024/149 and notice for eviction dated 15.02.2024 stated to be received by the petitioner on 17.02.2024 passed by the respondent no.1. 2.

After brief arguments, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The present petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
