W.P.(CRL) 201/2020 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that son of the petitioner was admitted in hospital on 06.01.2020 in an actute manic agitation for treatment and he is admitted there for four weeks i.e. till 05.02.2020.
I have perused the medical certificate issued by HCR Institute, Psychiatry and Deaddiction.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner be granted parole till 10.02.2020 and thereafter the
petitioner will not seek any further extension. In view of the aforesaid, parole of the petitioner is extended till 10.02.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed by Director General of Prisons vide order dated 21.11.2019. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
