% 04.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner (accused) submits that five cheque bounce cases are pending between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 (complainant) with regard to the same transactions. He submits that petitioner will move an appropriate application before the trial court for pronouncing the judgments in all the cases together. Learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same may be considered by the trial court on its own merits.
