W.P.(CRL) 202/2020 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India r/w section 482 CrPC for the issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on three months parole on the ground that his mother's condition is not well. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that his applications for parole/frolough are pending before the concerned Authority and the same have not been decided till date.

The respondent is directed to dispose of all the applications within a period of one week as the condition of the mother of the petitioner is stated to be not well.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
