1. The Petitioner is resisting going back to Kupwara, where he is already posted, on the ground that his present medical condition makes it extremely difficult for him to go to a place where the weather is very cold.

2. The Court finds that the Petitioner has been diagnosed with "Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea". With the Petitioner being on leave, as informed to the Court by learned counsel for the Respondents on instructions, till the end of February, 2020, the Court sees no reason to interfere.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. The pending application is disposed of.
