The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0577/2019 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Kalkaji, New Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. Respondent no.2 states that he has since resolved his all disputes with the petitioners in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement Agreement dated 21.01.2020. He states that in terms of the said Agreement, he has received a sum of ₹70 lakhs in full and

final settlement of all his claims and he has no further grievances against the petitioners.

Petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4 are present in the Court and are identified by their counsel. Petitioner no.3 is also a Director and authorised representative of petitioner no.1 company.

The said petitioners confirm that they have resolved all their disputes with respondent no.2 in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.01.2020 and have no further grievances against respondent no.2.

In view of the statement made or on behalf of the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0577/2019 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Kalkaji, New Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 6.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded herein. 7.
