By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks modification of terms and conditions 'c', 'd' and 'e' imposed by this Court while granting the bail to the petitioner vide judgement dated 21.03.2022. The petitioner specifically seeks modification of condition 'd' wherein he was directed to report to the concerned police station twice a week at 10:30 am. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver by profession and is finding it difficult to sustain his livelihood due to conditions imposed by the aforesaid bail order/judgment. He further states that till date, the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid conditions. at Police Station Baijnath, District Kangra as he is permanent resident of village Chougan, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that although in the petition he seeks modification of condition no. 'c' and 'd' but he orally prays that condition no. 'e' to also be modified. 4.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions states that he has no objection if the condition c, d, and e are modified provided the petitioner reports to the Police Station Baijnath on the first Monday of every month. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Trial Court and he finds it difficult to sustain his livelihood as he is a driver by profession, the condition no. 'c' and 'e' are removed and condition no.'d' is modified.

Let the copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically for information. 7.

The petition is disposed of, in above terms.
