Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are residing peacefully and, therefore, the apprehension which formed the initial basis of the cause of action in the present petition does not survive any further and he, therefore, has instruction to withdraw this petition. 2.

Learned ASC states on instructions from the Inquiry Officer that he has been in contact with Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and they are living peacefully and are otherwise safe.

Taking the aforesaid statements on record, the petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
