Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed with the following prayers:- a. The Respondent no 2/ Commissioner of Police be directed to initiate departmental enquiry against the Respondent no 3 to 5 who have indulged in the act of illegal detention and custodial brutality on the petitioner, and /or b. The Respondent no 2/ Commissioner of Police be directed to take appropriate action on the Representation dated 22.02.2024 preferred by the petitioner against the Respondent no 3to 5, and as a consequence thereof initiate appropriate action, and with written intimation to the petitioner , and /or c. That the Respondent no 1/ State be directed to pay the petitioner an interim compensation of Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Rupees), and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that the appropriate action on the Representation dated 22.02.2024 referred against the Respondents No. 3 to 5 be taken and appropriate action be initiated. 3.
It has been pointed out by the learned ASC for the Respondents that as per the Gazette Notification of the Delhi Government dated 01.02.2018, Police Complaint Authority has been constituted and any such grievance can be filed by way of a Complaint before the said authority. The said Gazette Notification is taken on record.

While giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the said authority, it is directed that the Respondents shall consider the Representation dated 22.02.2024 of the Petitioner and an appropriate order in accordance with rules and law be passed.
