The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for an anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0242/2016 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Model Town. 2.

Ms Chauhan, learned APP states that the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender and, therefore, he has not joined the investigation as yet. It is also pointed out that there are two other similar applications moved earlier, which were finally dismissed and there has been no change in the circumstances.
