This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the following reliefs:- "i.
To protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. ii.
To provide adequate security to the petitioner." 4.
Issue notice.

Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that in response to the complaint received at PS: KNK Marg, a non cognizable report has been registered against Respondent No. 9 on 27.02.2024 and the Beat Constable of the concerned area has been sensitized. The mobile numbers of the concerned SHO and the concerned Beat Constable have already been given to the Petitioner, in case he needs any assistance.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction that the mobile numbers of the Beat Constables and the SHO of the concerned area, if not already provided, be provided to the Petitioner during the course of the day on which Petitioner will be free to call, in case of any need or assistance. 7.
Beat Constable will visit residential premises of the Petitioner once in a week to ascertain his well being for next 03 months. Needless to state that if any call is made by the Petitioner for any help or assistance, the SHO and/or Beat Constable will respond promptly and will provide necessary assistance.
