The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 and 4 to change the Investigating Officer to conduct further investigation in FIR No. 393/2023.

b) Call for a status report under the signatures of the Respondent No-4 on the aspects that have been flagged in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
