The petition has been listed on office note indicating that there is a typographical error in paragraph one of the order dated 16.01.2020 inasmuch as, the incorrect FIR number has been mentioned. It is noticed that the copy of the FIR annexed with the petition also mentions an incorrect FIR number as FIR No. 1414/2007 instead of FIR No. 1413/2007. 2.

The said paragraph one of the order dated 16.01.2020 is rectified to read as under:- "The complainant has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 22.01.2008 in FIR No.

1413/2007 under Sections 380/420/448 of the IPG registered with PS Sultanpuri be cancelled."
