This writ petition is filed seeking direction to change the inquiry officer.

On 02.12.2025, the petitioner remained unrepresented inspite of two passovers. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the inquiry proceedings were concluded during the pendency of the petition and the services of the petitioner have been terminated. 3.
The petitioner remained unrepresented on previous dates. 4.
Today the Court is apprised that the termination order has been challenged by filing an appeal.
