The present Petition has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) impugning the order dated 14.10.2022 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North, Rohini Court, Delhi. By the Impugned Order, the Application filed by the Petitioner (Defendant before the learned Trial Court) under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC has been dismissed. 5.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to agitate all contentions before the learned Trial Court. 6.
