P.C. assailing order dated 15.01.2019 whereby interim bail has been granted to the second respondent, he reserving the right to file a fresh petition under Section 439 (2) Cr. P.C. in case the court of Sessions grants regular bail.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
