By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 681/2021 dated 22.11.2021, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, District Outer North, New Delhi, under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the examination of one material witness is yet to be completed, and is fixed for 24.04.2026.

In view of the above, Mr. Saurabh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to renew his application for BAIL APPLN. 1048/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. bail before the learned Sessions Court after examination of the material witness. Mr. Chauhan assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in expeditious progress of the proceedings. 4.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
