Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that since the Review Petition being 429/2019 has already been dismissed and as of now, the petitioner has become remediless, therefore, the Court may be inclined to consider the instant Contempt Petition to ensure that the order dated 05.09.2018 is complied with.

Having considered the aforesaid submission, the Court is of the considered opinion that the Review Petition has been dismissed mainly on the ground that the Court did not find any apparent error on the face of record with respect to the order under review. The Court, however, clarified that if the petitioner has any other remedy for ventilation of his grievance, the petitioner is entitled to avail.

the contempt proceedings pursuant to the order dated 05.09.2018. The parties are, however, at liberty to take necessary remedy, in accordance with law.
