This is an application seeking liberty to withdraw the present petition in view of the settlement between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing through video conferencing submits that both parties came to an amicable settlement and the DV Act complaint filed before the Court of learned Magistrate has since been withdrawn. 3.

He prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and CRL.M.C. 1511/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
