The petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the decision of the respondent not to accept the payment in any other mode except via credit/debit card or by net banking. The petitioner being desirous of participating in the "AAHAR - International Food and Hospitality Fare, New Delhi" applied on the online portal of the respondent for reservation of space in stall no. H11-11-B. However, he was unable to make the payment for the same in view of the restricted modes of payment being accepted by the respondent.

Mr Sikri, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner can visit the office of the respondent at 4:00 pm today i.e.
17.01.2018 and choose any space out of the remaining space that is currently available. He further states that the petitioner would be provided the facility by making the payment through demand draft or NEFT/RTGS within a period of three days from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concurs with the aforesaid suggestion. In view of the above, the present petition and the application are disposed of by binding down the respondent to stand by the suggestion made by Mr Sikri.
