This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from manufacturing, selling, importing, offering for sale, advertising and directly or indirectly dealing in any goods/products, which are identical/similar/imitation or are a substantial reproduction of Plaintiffs' registered Design Nos. 219309 dated 17.10.2008, 224813 dated 23.09.2009 and 312406 dated 26.11.2018, amounting to infringement under the Designs Act, 2000 and passing off, amongst other reliefs. 2.
During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the parties.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
